1. Consultation Meeting
Got this itchy feeling like you’re almost ready to start improving your home but still missing this one little factor called budget? No problem at all! We, at Flux Construction, understand the needs of our clients and ready to help. Once you schedule a consultation meeting we will gather with you at the job site, discuss your project in detail, write notes, take photos, and give you some very useful suggestions. Our consultation meeting is complimentary and free of charge, the coffee however is on you.
2. Detailed Proposal
Back at our office we will analyze the information gathered on our meeting and furnish you with a detailed quote that will cover the necessary scope of work and materials to achieve your goal. Our work does not end there, we understand that your budget might be higher or lower than the cost of your desired project, and we know that new ideas might pop up as well, therefore we will keep working with you on editing the scope of work and revising the quote until we find the sweet spot between cost and needs.
3. Construction
So D-day has come, trucks are parked outside your house, construction workers with coffee and donuts in their hands have gathered at your front lawn, and giant tool boxes are being pulled out. We realize that construction can be stressful on many homeowners and we want you to know that you’re in good hands. Our excellent management skills were developed in a way to minimize errors, we use the best of the best workers and sub-contractors, and we work hard to create a very organized and transparent construction environment. We strive to provide an extraordinary product and meet the timelines while doing so.
